Team Assistant / Client Services Officer

Join a dynamic, independently owned advisory firm in the heart of Adelaide. We are seeking an authentic and proactive Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Partners and professional staff.

The Role

You will be the backbone of your team, ensuring operational efficiency through a blend of administrative and accounting support:

  • Accounting Support: Collate tax returns and financial statements, manage monthly fees/billing, and assist with ASIC lodgements.
  • General Administration: Coordinate travel and appointments, maintain databases, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with reception cover, prepare meeting rooms, and participate in special projects to improve firm processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within professional services (Essential).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Compliance: Current Driver’s License and Police clearance are required.
  • Attributes: A bold thinker who is committed to building relationships and acting with integrity.
